01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, do the same job. Some are needed for a site to work; others measure visits or show ads.
02What we use today
We use one small, strictly necessary item and no cookies of our own:
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
sm-intro-v7 | Session storage | Remembers that you have seen the opening animation, so it does not replay on every page in the same visit. | Until you close the tab |
03Services our pages load
Our pages load files from other services. They receive your IP address and browser details to deliver those files, and their own policies apply:
| Service | What it delivers |
|---|---|
| Google Fonts | The site’s typefaces |
| cdnjs, unpkg | The animation, smooth-scroll and 3D libraries |
| Image hosting | Photos and reel previews |
| WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X | Only when you click through to them |
04Analytics and ads, only with your consent
If we add analytics or ad measurement later, such as Google Analytics 4 or the Meta Pixel, we will ask for your consent before they run and list them here. These are the cookies they typically set:
| Name | Provider | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_<id> | Google Analytics | Counts visits and tells returning visitors apart | 2 years |
_fbp | Meta | Measures ads shown on Facebook and Instagram | 90 days |
05How to control them
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser’s settings: in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, look for “Privacy” or “Cookies and site data”. Blocking the item above only means the opening animation plays again. If we add a consent banner, you will be able to change your choice from a “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
06Changes
We will update this page, and the date at the top, whenever what we store changes.
