The rules for using socialmania.in, talking to Mania AI and joining the Creator Academy. Client projects also have their own written agreement, which comes first if the two ever disagree.

01About these terms

These terms apply when you use socialmania.in or enrol in the Social Mania Creator Academy. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02Our agency services

Every client project is set out in a proposal or statement of work that covers the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms. That signed agreement governs the project, and where it differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

03Results

Case studies and figures on this site describe past results for specific clients and creators. They show what is possible, not a promise. Platforms change their algorithms and audiences change their habits, so we do not guarantee a number of followers, views, leads or sales.

04The Creator Academy

  • Enrolment happens on WhatsApp. Your seat is confirmed once the fee is paid.
  • The fee, schedule, and refund and rescheduling rules for your batch are shared before you pay, and form part of these terms.
  • Batch dates may change; if they do, we will tell you in advance and offer the next batch.
  • Course material and session recordings are for your personal use. Please do not share, record, resell or republish them.
  • Certificates are issued when you complete the batch requirements.
  • We may remove anyone who harasses others or disrupts sessions, without a refund.

05Using this website

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, upload malicious code or pretend to be someone else.

06Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics and code, and the Social Mania name, logo, monogram and orb, belong to Social Mania or its licensors. You may share links to our pages, but not copy or reuse their content without permission.

Client work shown here appears with the client’s permission and belongs to them. Who owns the work we make for a client is set out in that client’s agreement.

07Mania AI

Mania AI is a demo with pre-written answers about our services and the Academy. It is general information only, may be incomplete or out of date, and is not professional, legal or financial advice. For anything that matters, talk to the team.

09The site as it is

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Social Mania is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. For any paid service, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction. Clients contracting with our Dubai studio follow the governing law named in their agreement. [To be confirmed by our legal advisor.]

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
